Home Visits

Please ask for a home visit only when you are too ill to attend the surgery. Please try to make your request before 10.30am so the doctors can arrange to call in the order of urgency.

Only emergencies will be visited if the call is after 10.30am.The receptionist will ask a few questions about your condition to enable the doctors to decide the urgency of their visits.

Out Of Hours
When our surgery is closed all our calls are taken by the Sheffield GP Collaborative. If you need to access a doctor URGENTLY please telephone 0114 2456370.

You will either be given advice over the phone, asked to attend a primary healthcare centre at the Northern General Hospital, or if the GP Collaborative doctor feels it is appropriate they will visit your home.
