You can book an appointment online by clicking the link at the top of this page.
When booking an appointment by telephone, you may be asked by the reception what you need the appointment for. We may send a link to the triage form for you to complete and submit. This is to ensure the clinical staff have a clear picture of your needs and you are allocated the appropriate appointment length with the appropriate clinician (may not be a GP).
The practice operates an appointment system for all surgeries. If you feel that your problem is urgent you should make it clear to the receptionist and you will be telephoned and triaged by a doctor. If you wish to see a particular doctor, you may have to wait longer for this, following submission of the triage form. If you have difficulties completing this form, reception staff are able to help you.
If you suspect that you have an infectious disease, inform the receptionist on arrival at the surgery. This is to avoid transmitting infection.
We try to answer telephone calls quickly. If you need to telephone for results of tests please do so after 10.30am. The doctors and nurses aim to see all patients within 30 minutes of their appointment time. Unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, however, may delay your doctor or nurse.
